2. RE 2020 by building type

2.1 General

Building projects for single-family homes and multi-family dwellings for which a building permit application or prior declaration has been submitted from 1 ^er January 2022, and building projects for offices and primary and secondary education buildings for which a building permit application or prior declaration has been submitted from 1 ^er July 2022, are subject to RE 2020.

If the permit was submitted in 2021, RT 2012 standards must be met, even if the work is still in progress in 2022.
