3. Nanoscale AC generator

Here, we present some recent experimental results on the development of AC nanogenerators. Of course, it's not our intention to compare the performance of these first projects point by point with semiconductor-based VCOs currently on the market. The comparison is obviously irrelevant. No doubt it would have been just as ridiculous to compare the performance of the very first electronic components with the commercial vacuum tubes of the time.
