The aim of this section is to answer a number of questions that users of this method may have. For example, what is the behavior of the quantities sought in the case of sub-meshing? How can we mesh a given type of geometry efficiently? What is the impact of frequency on the equivalent circuits obtained? Finally, can certain circuit sections be modeled separately?

4.1 What mesh density?

In the PEEC method, each conductor is subdivided into elementary conductors whose individual current density is assumed to be uniform. Obviously, the more we mesh, the finer we can approximate the actual current distribution.
