3. Improved conversion/extraction

From an overall structural point of view, the structural electromechanical coupling is generally relatively low (< 10%), as is the mechanical quality factor (∼ 50). Likewise, the electromechanical conversion device can operate off-resonance. Thus, under these conditions, the amount of electrostatic energy available at the transducer is quite limited. The aim of this section is thus to address this limitation, by proposing architectures that artificially increase this energy, or in other words the electromechanical coupling.
