3. Conductors in the presence of a cylinder of magnetic material

A line or cable sometimes runs along a cylinder of magnetic material, which we'll assume to be linear, with permeability µ. This cylinder then modifies the field lines and thus the vector potential created by each conductor, as well as the linear parameters. This is the case here.
