    Given the impact of operating conditions on the safety of people and property, the regulatory aspect of safety will guide the organization of operations.

    • The interministerial decree of April 2, 1991 (updated on December 31, 2005) sets out the technical conditions to be met by electrical distribution systems. In particular, it draws conclusions from the effects of the 1999 storm on overhead electrical installations. This decree, included in standard C11-201 of October 1991, updated in October 1996, essentially defines the constructive conditions for building structures: mechanical strength, electrical strength, distance between electrical structures and between electrical structures and other obstacles (ground, buildings, etc.).
