BT

Low voltage, term designating the effective alternating voltage between 50 V and 1000 V.

Loop

Usually located between two MV feeders. The two MV feeders are separated by an "open" switch.

Bypass

Part of the network from the main network, supplying several MV/LV substations.

Enedis

France's main distribution network operator.
