10. Conclusion

We have presented static uninterruptible power supplies as a response to the need for continuity of service and quality of power supplied.

UPS systems ranging from a few hundred volt-amperes to redundant parallel systems can meet the backup needs of single-user office or scientific applications, right through to real-time information processing or industrial process applications requiring high-quality power and continuity of service.
