3.1 Dielectric constant
The index The relative magnetic permeability of a dielectric medium is defined as the ratio of the speed of light in the dielectric medium to the speed of light in a vacuum. It depends on both the dielectric permittivity and the magnetic permeability. In this article, we consider a material with homogeneous and isotropic properties.
