8. The B21 Raider

The B-21 Raider, designed by Northrop Grumman (contract awarded in 2015 for nearly 200 units), is an American bomber currently under development. It made its maiden flight in November 2023 and is not yet in service. It features an "all-directional, broadband" stealth design, similar to the B-2 flying wing. This approach ensures low detectability not only against high-frequency fire control radars, but also against low-frequency early warning systems capable of detecting even weak radar echoes (figure 46 and table 7 ).
