8. Conclusion

Standard data models condition the success of major network transformation towards the progressive introduction of automation techniques. Both the industry and the operators have addressed this important challenge for a couple of years or so. Even more so when considering the current investment of so-called network APIs : such effort is likely to be pointless without the said expertise.
