Video headset (or immersive headset)

This is a visual interface worn by the user, who is visually immersed. A head orientation sensor displays the user's correct viewpoint in real time.

CAVE CAVE Automatic Virtual Environment

It's a set of large, high-resolution screens surrounding the person, capturing the user's gestures.

VR

This acronym, derived from the English expression "Virtual Reality", stands for "virtual reality".
