4.1 Features of a video headset

These portable interfaces are mainly headsets and digital tablets. The latter are rarely used in VR applications. They can sometimes be used as accessory control devices for VR applications, via interaction metaphors.

For over a quarter of a century, companies have been designing and supplying video headsets.
