It's not enough to have a good IS: it must also be used properly. This means training users when deploying a new IS component (when staff numbers are high, training involves complex logistics), and then providing them with documentation and self-learning tools.
The next step is to observe how the IS is used. The indicators provided by the processes are compiled in daily dashboards, which are used by the operational manager of each local entity to monitor the quality of work and the proper use of resources.
Unlike the Management Committee dashboard (see below), these daily dashboards are not statistically corrected.
