8. Conclusion
Industry 5.0, according to the European Commission, represents an evolution of Industry 4.0 by refocusing the process on people. Unlike Industry 4.0, which tends to automate and distance human decision-making, Industry 5.0 focuses on three pillars: the central role of people, sustainability, and resilience in the face of unforeseen production disruptions.
