Audit; auditing

A methodical, independent and documented process for obtaining objective evidence and evaluating it objectively to determine the extent to which audit criteria (set of policies, procedures or requirements used as a reference) have been met.

Change; change

Change to be made to a service, component or management system.

Configuration; configuration

A set of functional and physical characteristics, correlated or interacting, of a product or service, defined by product configuration information.

Correction; corrective action

Action to eliminate a detected non-conformity.
