3.1 Team structure

Given the absolute necessity of communication, the composition and mode of operation of the team must take into account the RAD method. It is important to set up a cross-functional structure, ensuring optimal communication between team members and the company's hierarchy (figure 10 ). Two aspects need to be taken into account:

• the tactical aspect: the steering committee is responsible for implementing the company's strategy;

• the operational aspect of the project: this is the combination of user and IT skills to carry out the project.
