4. Work summary
Each of the processes observed has been evaluated according to two axes of analysis: the process dimension and the aptitude dimension.
4.1 Process dimension
The process dimension (figure 3 ) classifies the evaluated process into one of five universally recognized categories: customer-supplier (CUS), engineering (ENG), support (SUP), management (MAN) or organizational (ORG).
