4. The future of computer-aided innovation tools

Recent advances in information and communication technologies and in theoretical approaches to innovation provide a new environment for the next evolution of CAIs. The combined introduction of these advances in and at the service of TRIZ-RàPC coupling has led to the creation of the new generation of CAIs known as Open CAI 2.0, detailed in this section.
