The resources used by the project manager and his team include :

financial and material resources ;
human relations ;
acquisition opportunities with other organizations.
5.1 Communication management
This is undoubtedly one of the crucial points of project management, so that project teams are sometimes seen essentially as information sorting and dissemination centers.
