2.1 Classification by process type

  • The originality and interest of ISO 10006 comes from the fact that this document analyzes any project as a complex system of interactive processes, which can be studied individually or considered as a whole, through their results.

    • Each process (figure 2 ) is itself a temporary sub-system, providing outputs (products, documents, instructions) from inputs (materials or information) using tools, methods and resources, and under the impetus of a lead manager.
