4. Applications

The great thing about liquid coloring is that it uses a liquid.

Therefore :

  • This liquid can be produced rapidly, in various quantities (from 500 g samples, for example, to several tonnes);

  • allows rapid mixing for color sampling ;

  • it allows dosages of the order of 10 –4 by mass, with great reliability (transparent shades);

  • it has the advantage of being compatible with most thermoplastic materials.

Thanks to these advantages, liquid coloring is highly popular in sectors requiring :
