  • Benefits

    The advantages of liquid colorants over solid colorants are as follows.

    Color changes are faster and more economical: color checks and corrections are carried out almost instantaneously, since coloring only takes place at the inlet to the injection screw. There's no need to empty the hopper, which is not contaminated by the pigment mixed with the granules.

    When it comes to developing a given shade, the flexibility of the system means that counter-types can be quickly prepared on site, directly on the machine, which is difficult and time-consuming with other tinting systems.

    The stock of raw materials to be managed consists solely of virgin polymers. It can therefore be reduced, resulting in smaller storage areas and lower financial costs.
