6. Conclusion and Outlook

Oil foams are emerging as a key component for developing innovative, multifaceted formulations rich in oils. Their potential lies in their ability to transform formulations based on vegetable oils in particular—whether for food, cosmetics, or pharmaceuticals. They enable the reimagining of formulations by reducing traditional fats and limiting the use of often-controversial chemical additives. They contribute to the creation of healthier, more natural products, in line with growing consumer expectations regarding transparency, naturalness, and clean labeling.
