7. Static magnetic properties

Table 6 lists a number of magnetic properties measured under DC conditions for as-quenched and longitudinal field-annealed alloys (Z-type annealed alloys).

µ r max corresponds to the maximum relative impedance permeability (B m /H m ) for an excitation frequency of 50Hz; we give a few values for comparison.

H c is the coercive field and the ratio B r /B s is the straightness (rectangularity) of the static cycle (B r is the remanent induction).
