Artificial Neuronal Network

Atomic number ( Z )

Number of protons in an atom.

Backscatter Kikuchi Diffraction (BKD)

Kikuchi diffraction with backscattered electrons.

Binning

Grouping of neighboring pixels to form "super pixels".

Bright field/dark field imaging

Imaging mode in which the central, non-diffracted beam is selected for imaging; in dark-field imaging, this is a diffracted beam.
