7. Properties of parts after superplastic forming

The properties of parts obtained by superplastic forming have already been mentioned in relation to the advantages of superplasticity 3.2 . These are essentially isotropic properties due to the disappearance (or at least reduction) of texture during deformation, and high mechanical properties due to the fineness of grain size.
