Crowns; coils, bar in coils

Steel wire or bars (usually with a diameter of 5 to 40 mm) shaped (into coils) by winding at the exit of a rolling mill.

Scraping; scarfing

Eliminate defects such as cracks, fissures, and surface inclusions that may affect product quality.

Rolling mill

Set of cages (in one or more groups) used to achieve the reductions in cross-section necessary to obtain the various finished products.
