4. Treatment ranges
Figure 2 shows the immersion phosphating ranges.
The parts are processed in bulk in a rotating barrel (0.3 to 1 rpm maximum) of the type shown in figure 1 , or deposited in a basket, or hung on swings. This processing equipment is preferably made of stainless steel, the grade of which depends on the product range.
