4. Tribocorrosion of dental implants

Tribocorrosion, which is caused by the dual action of wear and corrosion, can occur under a variety of conditions (sliding, wear due to small deflections, rolling, impact) in a corrosive environment.

4.1 Tribocorrosion under sliding conditions
