4. Hydrogen education essentials

Unless huge, easily exploitable native hydrogen resources are discovered in the near future, hydrogen is still an energy carrier, not a primary energy source. As such, it needs to be combined with other renewable energy sources in all four areas of the value chain.

In order to easily integrate the hydrogen vector, any player in the renewable energy sector must have a clear vision of the various technical aspects of all these energies:

  • various types of fuel cells and electrolyzers;

  • photovoltaic ;
