5. Essential weaving machine components for optimized fabric production

It is essential to perfectly synchronize the 3 stages of the cycle (crowd formation – insertion – combing) in order to guarantee :

  • completion of the cycle without damage, with some crude and catastrophic examples of poor synchronization such as: a comb hitting a vector still present in the crowd, a crowd closing on a vector still present in it, a vector re-entering a closed or insufficiently open crowd, or the insertion of a duite behind a comb still too close to its front dead center (PMAV), etc. ;
