2. What information do I need from my supplier in the EEA?

2.1 EU – European Economic Area

The European Economic Area comprises the EU (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom), plus Ireland, Liechtenstein and Norway (as of June 1 2011).

If your supplier is located in the EEA, he is subject to REACh regulations and you are not responsible for placing the purchased substance on the market. You are a downstream user.
