4.1 Pay particular attention to TRVs

The purpose of TRVs is to protect the population against health risks arising from accidental or fugitive emissions of chemical substances. In the absence of TRVs defined in a country, the most relevant TRVs for potential exposure, as defined by other international agencies, should be applied.
