The collection of information is mandatory for the application of numerous regulations:

• the French Labor Code (in particular article R. 4412-6);

• Code de l'environnement, livre V (Installations classées pour la protection de l'environnement, SEVESO);

• REACh, Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of December 18, 2006;

• Biocide (Regulation 528/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of May 22, 2012 concerning the placing of biocidal products on the market and their use), Plant protection products (Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 21, 2009 concerning the placing of plant protection products on the market);

• CLP, Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of December 16, 2008 on the labeling and packaging of substances and mixtures.
