7. Frequently asked questions

When do you need an NHS?

Whenever an application for authorization (DAE) is required.

Is the NHS required for a registration file?

No. On the one hand, a file submitted for registration does not include an impact study, a hazard study or a health and safety notice, and on the other, it is not subject to a public inquiry.

Do I need to draw up an NHS for a file that falls under the declaration system?

No. However, the standard orders and ministerial decrees applicable to ICPEs subject to declaration specify that the measures taken are without prejudice to the provisions of the Labor Code.
