Before embarking on the Biocid declaration of biocidal products (BP), if you haven't already done so, it's important to take stock of your product inventory to determine which products should be considered biocidal. To do this, you need to take two main steps.
1.1 Determining whether products are biocidal products
Biocidal products are products designed to destroy, repel, render harmless, prevent the action of or combat harmful organisms by chemical or biological means. You therefore need to identify your products that meet this definition.
