6.1 Don't complicate your obligations
Only submit notifications under SCIP when required (no mixture or substance notifications).
Submit only one notification for identical or nearly identical complex items.
For (very) complex articles, find the right balance to achieve the right level of description while providing the information needed to correctly locate the sub-article containing the SVHC (see Manufacture and import of articles: REACH obligations
