5. On-site monitoring and evaluation

Means can be deployed on a daily basis to ensure ongoing monitoring:

  • special instructions for the guard post ;

  • internal monitoring by the service provider (in this case, a correspondent is appointed to monitor compliance with the company's health, safety and environment rules and to deal with day-to-day problems; he or she is present for HSE (health/safety/environment) points at meetings).

You can monitor and evaluate the service providers working on your site through :

">Audits, assessing HSE criteria as for your organic staff:

  • contribution to waste sorting ;

  • wearing the appropriate PPE;

  • use of chemicals (retention, area, storage)....
