3. Know the possibilities of marketing or manufacturing without registration

The analysis of your exemptions and your quantity in tonnes per year confirms that you must register. You can therefore no longer manufacture or place your substance on the market, with one exception: you may continue to manufacture or place on the market up to a limit of one tonne per year.

This situation can save you time in compiling a registration dossier to continue manufacturing or marketing your substance.
