4.1 Keep a frequent watch on your products in use

It's important that you keep a close eye on substances and mixtures already classified as category 3 under DSD and category 2 under CLP (EC Regulation 1272/2008). These products are likely to be upgraded to a higher category, which will entail new management constraints.
