1. What data should you extract from your "Purchasing/Sales/HSE" database?

You should list all substances—whether on their own or contained in mixtures—and include at least the following information in your inventory (see Inventory: Key Information [FIC 0171] ):

  • their main identification numbers (e.g., CAS No., EC No. [ELINCS or EINECS], their chemical and/or trade names);

  • the supplier's name and country (specify if it is a distributor);

  • if it is a mixture, the percentage of each substance present; in fact, each substance...
