5.1 Take your time…

• Explain the significance of the data (tonnage, origin, etc., of the substances/mixtures) and the implications for your business to the various departments you will be contacting (purchasing, sales, etc.).

• To review the case of imported mixtures to ensure that the placing on the market of one or more substances is not overlooked.

• To strengthen your communication with your non-European suppliers and/or distributors to confirm your status (importer or downstream user) and, consequently, your obligations.
