1. Do you really market a product?

In the REACh regulations (see REACh: Understanding the main principles and procedures [FIC 0121] ), the notion of article is defined in article 3.3 as an object which, during the manufacturing process, is given a particular shape, surface or design which is more decisive for its function than its chemical composition.

Please note

"Dessin particulier" is the translation of "design", the latter term being more easily understood.
