4. Mastering the obligations arising from a product launch

You have identified the substances manufactured and placed on the market within the meaning of the REACh regulations.

Your obligations, linked to the registration procedure, will depend on the tonnage manufactured and placed on the market per year. The threshold of one tonne per year triggers obligations to continue manufacturing or placing a substance on the market. The level of these obligations increases according to your tonnage (see REACh: Understanding the main principles and procedures [FIC 0121] ).
