Article

An object that is given, during the manufacturing process, a specific shape, surface, or design that is more decisive for its function than its chemical composition.

Manufacturer

Natural or legal person established in the Community who manufactures a substance.

Manufacturing

The production or extraction of substances in their natural state.

Importer

Any natural or legal person established in the Community who is responsible for the importation.
