As a manufacturer, you are identified as a supplier of a substance or mixture under Article 3 of REACH and are subject to legal information requirements. The information required differs depending on the type of use of the substance:
as a single substance;
as a component of a mixture.

Immediately upon inclusion in the candidate list, suppliers of the substance must provide their customers with a complete safety data sheet that complies with Annex II of REACH (see Updating SDSs for substances
