5.1 Identify regulations that may apply to products excluded from REACh

Refer to the fact sheet Identify Controlled Substances and Applicable Regulations [FIC 0176] .

Please note: even when the SDS is not mandatory under REACH, the transmission of certain information may be (Article 32 of REACH). In addition, the requirement to provide the SDS may be extended by the regulations of member countries.
