8. Can "packaging" and "large packaging" be reused?

Packaging" and "large packaging" can be reused as long as they offer the same guarantees as if they were new, and as long as they are not soiled by the materials transported. This is the responsibility of the container filler.

Approved reconditioners can refurbish equipment. In this case, they affix an additional mark next to the original approval mark.

There is no periodic inspection requirement for "packaging" and "large packaging".
