5. Ensure the administrative compliance of your project and prepare the operational implementation of this new product

In this step you will set up :

• the administrative procedures identified in stages 1 and 2, taking care to initiate these files in good time so that authorizations can be issued when production start-up is desired;

• the technical resources identified in step 2, ensuring that studies and work are launched in good time.

As a general rule, starting up a business without the required authorizations and technical resources is your responsibility, and carries the risk of criminal sanctions.
